An AI company that advises and builds
Plenty of firms will tell you where AI could help. Fewer will then build the thing. Doing only the first half is what leaves businesses with a strategy deck and nothing running.
What we do
Chekmecha is an artificial intelligence company. We work out where AI genuinely creates value in a business, and where it does not, then design and build the system that delivers it. Both halves, by the same team, so nothing is lost in the handover between the people who planned it and the people who have to make it work.
What we build is custom by definition. Not a product you bend your process around, but a system shaped to how your business already runs, whether that is automation of the repetitive work, an assistant grounded in your own data, or the marketing system your team operates on.
How we work
- Assessment before proposal. Every engagement starts by understanding how the business actually operates. Sometimes that conversation ends with us saying an existing tool already solves the problem, which costs us the build and saves the client the money.
- One workflow first. We would rather have one process genuinely working within weeks than a year long programme with nothing to show halfway through.
- Fixed scope, fixed price. A defined scope quoted before work starts, so the risk of a bad estimate sits with us rather than with the client.
- Secure by construction. Access controls, isolation between clients, and approval gates on consequential actions are designed in from the start, not added after something goes wrong.
What we will not do
We will not recommend a build when a subscription tool already does the job well. We will not promise that AI removes the need for judgement, because the systems that work keep a person in the loop wherever the cost of being wrong is real. And we will not quote open ended hours for work we have not properly scoped.
Being straight about the limits is not modesty. Systems sold on overpromises are the ones that end up unused six months later, and that outcome is worse for us than the work we turned down.
Where we work
We are based in the UAE and work with businesses across the Gulf, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Jeddah, as well as clients further afield. Most work happens remotely, with meetings in person where a project genuinely benefits from it.
