Chekmecha, operated by Mass House Media, lets you delete the data associated with your connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account at any time.
This immediately deletes the stored access token for that account and stops all processing for it.
To request deletion of all data we hold for your account (connection records, stored comments/messages, drafted replies, and account holder details), email contact@masshouse.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Instagram username you connected.
We will permanently delete the associated data within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
